If things were natural, the Horde

July 31, 2010 - 11:13 pm No Comments

If things were natural, the Horde would have been making fires by this time, or long ago, we were actually pondering on the thoughts during my formative years. It was neither a custom for us to do this incest thing, not yet anyway, but I did understand the need for procreation; –as I was saying, a cultural trait for some other groups, a few in the Horde, but not for us per se; our family. Although this was considered normal, we still saw it as somewhat a scanty thing at best.

Skin Color: I was not white nor was I black, rather universal brown. Our whole Horde was so. Human skin?condensed with melanin lick protected us from the sun. As far as we knew, these other two races did not exist yet. In a like manner, Eve was not white or black, oh no, she was brown, brown and brown, from forehead to heal?bronze-brown, with a glowing beauty?almost a tint of red in the skin. Unlike the Branch-People, or in particular, Big-chest, they did not have to worry, they were more hairy than we were, a natural sunscreen.

Many industry sub-sectors make

July 31, 2010 - 10:34 pm No Comments

Many industry sub-sectors make a habit of outsourcing their operational needs. In aviation it is amazing the amount of outsourcing, which takes place. It makes sense in a way to outsource non-core operational needs to other companies, such as aircraft washing.

For over 27-years my company; AircraftWashguys.com existed for the most part in servicing these aviation businesses from Corporate Aircraft Departments, Flying Clubs, Airlines and Fixed Based Operators. Why, because a specialty niche service based business like an aircraft washing service can wash these aircraft more efficiently and faster.

Additionally we now know that with unemployment so low that hiring peripheral staff such as in-house aircraft washing employees. It makes sense also for many other reasons. For instance consider a Fixed Based Operation or FBO at an airport and their insurance costs. But insurance is only one add-on cost as you expand operations to be considered

Each time they add a division in their company, such as Avionics, Flight School, Fuel Sales, Aircraft Rental, Aircraft Sales or Charter Service the costs of insurance go up and they need additional riders on the liability policies. Outsourcing of services such as aircraft washing for their own aircraft, leasebacks or customers therefore makes sense.

Willpower is just

July 31, 2010 - 9:16 pm No Comments

Willpower is just about having the mental fortitude to get through the day and to ?suck it up?. Quitting smoking has more emotional gravitas than that. Rather than simply getting through the day, it?s about being able to let go. It?s about being able to make your peace with the habit and wave it farewell.

Millions of people manage to quit smoking cold turkey, but I have no doubt the vast majority of them are haunted by smoking for the rest of their lives, just as we would be by our ex-partner living next door to us.

Waterfront Crew brave torrential rain for clean-up [Edition 2]

0 Comments | West Briton, The; Truro (UK), Jul 29, 2010

THE YOUNG members of Falmouth’s Waterfront Crew proved they are made of hardy stuff after braving torrential rain to carry out their latest community clean-up.

Some 15 members of the crew, all students at Falmouth School, were determined the weather would not stand in their way of ridding another part of the town of unwanted and unsightly rubbish.

The area targeted this time was the road and car parks around Ocean Bowl and Falmouth Docks railway station. “We only had the skip for one night so we were under a bit of pressure, but I didn’t expect anyone to turn out,” said PCSO Sean McDonnell.

“In the end though, and despite the dire weather, 15 came which was fantastic.”

The group, aged between 14 and 16, spent just over an hour collecting the rubbish and managed to fill the skip, which had been provided and emptied free of charge by Nick Ferris.

“I am exceptionally proud of them (the teenagers),” said Mr McDonnell. “They were all soaked to the skin, but worked really hard.

“We chose that area because it’s the first people see when getting off the train and it’s important to make a good first impression.”

After the clean-up, the group was given a free game and drinks courtesy of Ocean Bowl.

The Firefly is marketed with

July 31, 2010 - 3:52 am No Comments

The Firefly is marketed with such catch phrases as “Parents of pre-teens understand that it’s time to start loosening the reins and letting their kids travel unsupervised to school, the library, or friends’ houses.”

Pro: Yes kids need a safety mechanism and having a cell phone handy does provide added protection in the form of determining whereabouts and phoning for help.

Con: Big safe mechanism, however, if any parent purchases a cell phone for their kid using the catchy marketing ploy directed to parents, ‘…start loosening the reins and let their kids travel unsupervised,’ they have the wrong perception regarding the purpose of a phone. Anybody who believes that providing a cell phone to a child automatically provides them with responsibility and ability to take care of themselves, when they were unable to do so before a cell phone, are relying

too heavily

on ‘parenting by technology’. Be mindful of such reasoning when thinking about buying a cell phone.

Con: Another item to consider, are we turning our kids into internet and mobile phone junkies? One should question whether connecting kids 24/7 to their friends via cell phone will influence their social habits.

Zachary Chesser, 20, was arrested yesterday. Court records say Chesser, also known as Abu Talhah Al-Amrikee, told federal agents he twice tried to travel to Somalia to join Al-Shabaab as a fighter.

When you connect a nano

July 29, 2010 - 7:39 pm No Comments

When you connect a nano via a ?FireWire to Dock Connecter? cable it displays a
message that this is a USB only device. It will still charge off the FireWire cable but
no file transfers can be done. If your computer has only the older USB 1.1, the nano
will still sync with iTunes but you are stuck moving files over at an extremely slow
speed.

Amazingly, the nano has no moving parts except the click wheel. This was done by
using flash memory for song storage. Every iPod ever made has had flash memory,
but it was used on most iPods as a data buffer. Song data was pulled from the hard
drive and stored in the buffer for skip protection. However, iPod hard drives are very
slow and can cause delays when loading a song off the drive.

Thus we are able to speculate

July 29, 2010 - 6:39 pm No Comments

Thus we are able to speculate many things but I see no reason for it to be aliens or at least not a visit in physical form by extra-terrestrials.

There are many segments of this book that cover the science of energy and its lattice designs that I think relate to this phenomena. The designs are sometimes advanced mathematical theorems and there are many Keltic designs. The Kelts or their Druids and shamans were in tune with the Earth Energy Grid and that Grid is part of the larger Cosmic Thought Field that Affinity connects across universe. Thus if it is a message from some intelligence inside the Earth?s ?event horizon? or local area network of dimensions we would expect to see Keltic designs if the Druids were in fact making representations of their attunements.

Why this simple factual and historically based observation is not made by other authors is beyond me. But I am constantly amazed by people?s ability to deny the simple and obvious that is around them all the time.

If you plant and nurture positive

July 29, 2010 - 3:03 pm No Comments

If you plant and nurture positive thoughts, they will grow bigger and bigger. What do you want in your garden?

Pay attention to which thoughts you put in your mental garden as you awaken each day. Listen. Listen. Listen carefully. Do you hear yourself bemoan having to get up, go to work or simply get out of bed? Do you say things like–I am having a bad day–and it is only 8:05 a.m.? It isn’t a bad day if it is only 8:05 a.m.–so avoid creating a bad day by what you have experienced so far. You can shake off the traffic, and other negative experiences and create a good day. Do you have pitty parties with your friends or in your head? Do you run all of yesterday?s travail over and over in your mind? Are you focused on thoughts of resentment toward anyone or anything, or are you focused on thoughts which will create a day of magnificence?

You create your reality through your thoughts.

Tune into your mental garden and nurture the positive thoughts and tune out the negative thoughts.
