When you connect a nano

July 29, 2010 - 7:39 pm No Comments

When you connect a nano via a ?FireWire to Dock Connecter? cable it displays a
message that this is a USB only device. It will still charge off the FireWire cable but
no file transfers can be done. If your computer has only the older USB 1.1, the nano
will still sync with iTunes but you are stuck moving files over at an extremely slow
speed.

Amazingly, the nano has no moving parts except the click wheel. This was done by
using flash memory for song storage. Every iPod ever made has had flash memory,
but it was used on most iPods as a data buffer. Song data was pulled from the hard
drive and stored in the buffer for skip protection. However, iPod hard drives are very
slow and can cause delays when loading a song off the drive.

Thus we are able to speculate

July 29, 2010 - 6:39 pm No Comments

Thus we are able to speculate many things but I see no reason for it to be aliens or at least not a visit in physical form by extra-terrestrials.

There are many segments of this book that cover the science of energy and its lattice designs that I think relate to this phenomena. The designs are sometimes advanced mathematical theorems and there are many Keltic designs. The Kelts or their Druids and shamans were in tune with the Earth Energy Grid and that Grid is part of the larger Cosmic Thought Field that Affinity connects across universe. Thus if it is a message from some intelligence inside the Earth?s ?event horizon? or local area network of dimensions we would expect to see Keltic designs if the Druids were in fact making representations of their attunements.

Why this simple factual and historically based observation is not made by other authors is beyond me. But I am constantly amazed by people?s ability to deny the simple and obvious that is around them all the time.

If you plant and nurture positive

July 29, 2010 - 3:03 pm No Comments

If you plant and nurture positive thoughts, they will grow bigger and bigger. What do you want in your garden?

Pay attention to which thoughts you put in your mental garden as you awaken each day. Listen. Listen. Listen carefully. Do you hear yourself bemoan having to get up, go to work or simply get out of bed? Do you say things like–I am having a bad day–and it is only 8:05 a.m.? It isn’t a bad day if it is only 8:05 a.m.–so avoid creating a bad day by what you have experienced so far. You can shake off the traffic, and other negative experiences and create a good day. Do you have pitty parties with your friends or in your head? Do you run all of yesterday?s travail over and over in your mind? Are you focused on thoughts of resentment toward anyone or anything, or are you focused on thoughts which will create a day of magnificence?

You create your reality through your thoughts.

Tune into your mental garden and nurture the positive thoughts and tune out the negative thoughts.

Once a consumer is

July 29, 2010 - 1:00 pm No Comments

Once a consumer is hooked, brand loyalty tends to result in higher sales volume, as well as loyal customers being less sensitive to price changes of their favorite brands (within reason, of course), as well as less sensitive to competitors’ incentives. Studies have shown that it takes 5 times as much money to gain a customer as it does to retain one. That’s 5 times as much money as could have been spent on other things.

A brand is who your company is, and what it is selling–it is as important as naming a baby, and should require the same amount of effort to develop it, but if done well, can mature into a successful and profitable adult.

Many food enzyme supplements contain a combination of the different types of enzymes for maximum efficiency.

Taking food enzyme supplements can serve a wide variety of purposes, including improving blood sugar levels and reducing uncomfortable gas caused by certain foods. One of the most widely used food enzyme supplement on the market today is Beano, used to prevent bloating and gas caused by foods such as raw vegetables, certain fruits and cabbage. Lactaid, another popular food enzyme supplement in the lactase family, aids in the digestion of dairy products such as milk, ice cream and cheese.

In addition to taking food enzyme supplements, make sure to eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Nuts and seeds are also good choices to ensure you get the naturally occurring food enzymes you need to thrive.

Madness of the benefits system

Madness of the benefits system

0 Comments | Evening Standard; London (UK), Jun 24, 2010

THE comment that “charities fear the new limits on housing benefits will leave large swathes of the capital as no-go areas for the poor” failed to highlight what is obvious to most “ordinary Londoners” — that large parts of the capital are already no-go areas in terms of property prices and rents unless you are either wealthy or subsidised by the state.

If those of us who don’t get benefits can make our way from Leytonstone or Croydon to “keep both business and vital public services operating”, I can’t see why things will fall apart once housing benefit is cut to rational levels. Might rents start to decrease once landlords can no longer suck on the public teat to the same degree? N Harriss, E11.

THE housing benefit reforms reveal the new administration’s naivety. Those on benefit in boroughs where rents are high will seek housing in less well-off areas, increasing the pressure on public services and rates of council tax in places that can least afford it.

As these reforms only apply to Local Housing Allowance, it seems that those in temporary accommodation will still be eligible for huge housing benefit awards, meaning the stories of families paid Pounds 2,000 a week to live in luxury properties will not go away. J Void, thevoidblog.

The subscribers already have a relationship with the publisher. They trust the publisher and the information he or she provides. Having an endorsement from the publisher could boost sales for you BIG time.

9) Try to get your first ad for free! Explain to the publisher that if your ad brings in results that you will be back again and again to purchase more advertising, and that you will also refer your team members for future advertising. The worst they can say is no.

10) Be genuine in your advertising. Create an ad that you would want to send to your best friend. Remember that your ad will be seen one person at a time, so it?s best to write it to individuals rather than to masses.

There you have it.
